British Imperial Federation

A proposal for a slightly different restored British Empire, in which each of the nations, The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand have their own parliament, but each one is below the British Federal Parliament. As for the Falkland Islands, they can remain as a self governing part of the UK. All the nations are unitary states, there are no devolved governments such as the Scottish Parliament. The idea is based on what Cecil Rhodes came up with in his last will and testament. The reason those particular countries are included is that they are the only former colonies with a majority of people of British descent, and are culturally close to Britain, and therefore are the only ones that can be trusted with representation in the parliament.
